Wait State shows CPU, memory, and I/O pressure stalls, so high utilization is not mistaken for blocked work. Its bar follows the worst current source now or your pinned choice. Select a resource and 15-minute, 1-hour, or 6-hour history to see avg10, avg60, avg300, full-stall data when available, severity, and resource-level guidance. It reads only three fixed procfs files and writes bounded local plugin history. No network, credentials, telemetry, process control, or system configuration change.
