Mic Gain Over 100 (Microphone Widget)

Lifts the standalone microphone bar widget's scroll-wheel cap past 100%: 150% by default, configurable up to 400%. Scope: that widget only. The audio panel's input slider enforces its own separate 100% cap, which the sister plugin grantabell.mic-gain-audio lifts. Install either one on its own with omarchy plugin add <repo-url> --enable, or run the install script in either repo to set up both at once.
